You don’t even need to bolt it them into your trailer. Just throw the condor on the trailer and slide it all the way forward and strap the bike down and it will not budge I just did. 3200 mile road trip like this with my street glide. Non of us ever bolt them to a trailer.

What brand Esc mount?

Have you been able to do any big jumps, or hard landings, anything where it would’ve torqued the motor and put pressure on the rear mount? I’m wondering with a hard enough landing if that rear mount would shift - meaning slide down the adjustment with the two bolts on the rear mount?

Hey Josh, I have watched alot of your videos and recently decided to try some speed runs with my limitless. I just came from a spektrum 160 amp ESC and 1250kv motor, geared 1:1 and got my 1st triple digit run. I bought an XLX2 and a 1721 2400kv motor. It looks like I'm going to have to do the motor reverse like u have done. Also like you...I own a V1. I can't find any info on it anywhere. Everything is about V2. Can you please let me know of any parts or anything I will need before doing the motor mount turn? Thanks for the content and hope to see some new videos soon.

Cool truck, I was thinking about selling my current X-Maxx then getting an X-Maxx Ultimate later on in time but i chose to rebuild my current one after i last broke it and spending the difference from a new stock one vs the Ultimate and making mine my own Ultimate X-Maxx out of mine And i'm with you brother i'm "Mostly" not brand loyal i just buy whatever vehicle interests me.

I just picked up a limitless V2 and I’m putting some monster electronics on it but I’m kinda confused with the tire thing. First what is open wheel? And what is the name/compound of those foams your running? I watched Raz build one and he used the s5 slicks rubber compound.. I’ve got everything else figured out. I just gotta figure out this tire thing. Any help much appreciated.

Im running the 1:1 gearing on a 1717 1650kv and only topping out at about 100ish

You can solve the issue of drilling into carbon fiber easily and you don’t need a drill press although that would be my first choice. What I did was buy a piece of carbon fiber on Amazon and then drilled a correct size hole in it and I clamp the drilled CF sheet to my chassis with vice grips (padded with thin cardboard) and then put my drill bit through pre-drilled CF sheet and commenced drilling a hole. The only issue is you have to mark where to make a hole on the chassis where you want it. I did this with post it notes. Also, for Scorched RC battery tie down buckles, I pre-drilled in the test CF sheet and made sure the buckle screwed down perfectly and then clamped it to the chassis for drilling and it comes out perfect every time! I first tested this process on a Rlaarlo carbon fiber chassis to make holes for a Habao motor mount and Scorched battery tie downs. Once I drilled one chassis, I made two more perfect copies as I have 3 cars I will build with a big TP 4040 motor. The first chassis was hard but once I had it perfect the second and third chassis only took 5 minutes to make.
